A HML was recommended to me. Anyone borrowed/experienced with this lender?

Company Description:

"Iron Bridge Lending is a Portland, Oregon private lender. Specializing in hard money loans, they offer acquisition loans, including those designed for rehab properties. With six-month interest-only terms, they offer 80-percent ARV, 100-percent repair funds, a required exit strategy plan, non-owner occupied loans, no pre-payment penalties and rolling closing costs into the loan. They also offer residential loans for commercial improvement loans. With a geographic market that covers Arizona, Oregon, California and Washington, they offer an easy loan process with online applications, worksheets, cost breakdowns and lien waivers. Their recent loans include refinances, pre-foreclosures, wholesale purchases, auction purchases, probate, short sales and REOs. With financing available for 90-percnet of the purchase price, Iron Bridge Lending specializes in fast closings – between five to seven days. "
