@Scott Schreiber, do you fit this criteria? Have you experience and knowledge with wholesale deals and contracts in NY?

@Daniel Karbownik, not my idea. A wholesaler in a webinar suggested this. When I asked for more details, I was ignored. It didn't make sense to me.

What is the benefit of putting the wholesale deal in LLC, and selling the LLC to the buyer?
