30+ properties ?
I have listened to many podcasts where people have more properties than the 10 loans I know is the max amount allowed . How are they doing this? Their debt to income ratio for that many conventional loans seems to be impossible to achieve . Any clarification on this would be appreciated. Thanks

10 conventional loans is the limit for lenders. The folks who have more than that in financed properties are using portfolio loans or some other in house product usually at small local banks. local banks will look at the income and the business model that you are putting out.
10 properties would be a great problem to have.
