High LTV Refinance on Investment Property in Atlanta/Georgia?

I am considering refinancing a property I am fixing up and renting it out. I am wondering what sort of loan I would be able to get with a high LTV. From what I can tell the smaller banks are going to be my best choice, but I'm not sure which banks to go to. Any advice?

I don't like when I don't see a reply on someone's post. Unfortunately I don't have a great answer for you with regard to what small bank you should go to. I can suggest using private money for high LTVs, but you mentioned you're refinancing so I'm assuming you're already in one unless you paid for the property with all cash. You can click on the link below. Sometimes there are banks advertising on the page next to private money lenders to show the significant rate difference. Hope this somehow helps.
