Cash-out Refi in Oregon

Greetings BP Friends,

I'm in Portland, Oregon, and I'm wanting to explore my options on a cash-out refinance on my duplex (not owner-occupied). Does anyone have recommendations for a good lender/broker who knows what's up and could give me some insight into the process?

Many thanks!

Portland is full of very compatant mortgage brokers.

Directors    ( we use them on our new construction and I have used them on my personal stuff)

Guild

Pinnicle

also check out credit unions in the area you live and or where the property is  they can be quite competitive.. and Umpqua can do pretty good at times.
