ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH THIS PRIVATE LEMDER?

I had this private lender ask me to fill out a loan application.  I am not sure this is a legitimate lender and want to know if anyone here previously dealt with him.  His name is Gregory Heubner.  His area code is 785 (Kansas City I think).
