Private lender's scam

Had some guy send me a reply from one of my post about looking for private money ,said he was with some Alaskan group with a pool of private money investors. Long story short he wanted me to wire him $5,500 and then he would start the paperwork and a lender would call me .I asked him just to see what he would say to send me everything we spoke about in writing and entity name and to have it certified and this was his response!

Once people realize there are NO private lenders .. then they can get real and work with HML like 99% of the folks do

private lenders are those you KNOW .. not those you find on the internet..
