Portfolio loan
Ok so I found a SFR for sale has tenants in place. The plus side is there is another house on property and also has tenants in place. It Has one tax bill 2 addresses. Property pins show everything under main address.
I contacted my banker and asked her because it has one tax code but 2 addresses how does this work. Do I get 2 separate loans or one. They are selling as a package deal. She told me I would have to get a portfolio loan. Which I guess is a 5/1 arm.
Is this correct?
