I am located in Oklahoma. I know things vary from location to location. 

I am new to RE. So new that I've never invested. Anyway, through my studies it seems that we are at the top of the market now. Is it a good time to invest right now?

Hi everyone, my name is Mike. I'm a new investor from Oklahoma. After running my handyman business for over a year, and fixing up other investors properties, I've decided to start investing myself. I'm looking for an asset based lender, or private lender that will possibly fund a deal at a 12% flat return, or somewhere along those lines would be ideal. I would like to keep zero out of pocket expenses as much as possible.

Has any investors in Oklahoma used a local bank as an asset based lender, or know where to find the best private money lenders?

I am also new and in Midwest City, OK. I may be able to attend the meet up tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up. Have you been to one before? If so what topics are discussed, or is there teaching going on as well?
