Has anyone had any positive experiences with lenders in Georgia that you can recommend? Please share your experience with them.

I am looking to get a loan on a quadraplex to rent out. This would be my first deal.

I am willing to partner with someone, but I would still like to look for a lender in case it is needed.

Is it possible for the original sellers to get their house back after you have caught up the payments? If so, is the contract enough to prevent them from getting their house back?

@J Scott I definitely understand having something to bring to the table. Are deals not enough? What else could I possibly have that might be beneficial to my mentor? I am willing to bring some value. Please, let me know. I would like for it to work both ways.

@Curt Smith Thank you for the resources. I will try them out.

@Paul Sorgi Thank you! I can't use it until I upgrade to Pro, but I'm planning on doing so soon.

Thanks! I am looking for someone who is just as serious as I am. Hopefully, it will be someone with some experience. I'm looking for someone who is willing to teach us some things. I'm working and marketing now, but I could definitely use that extra guidance. Bigger Pockets has been invaluable, but someone who has some experience in GA would be even better.

Where are all the Georgia Wholesalers? I'm not in the Atlanta area. I would definitely love some guidance in exchange for partnering on a few deals my husband and I find.

Thanks everyone! I am very cautious when it comes to "gurus". I have never paid for a seminar before, because there are too many ways to get good information for free. I read a lot and I help people when I can. The help usually comes back around to me through someone else.

Jackie Lange I am looking for someone to teach me some things. I am very careful about where I get my advice from. Bigger Pockets has been a blessing for me. Thanks for the advice.

Brandon Turner Thanks! I read it and it was extremely helpful.

I'm not usually pessimistic, but I do try and get as much useful information as possible. All of you have been very helpful. I can't thank you all enough.

I guess I did something wrong since the link I posted was not there. The site is real estate mogul. I hope it is okay to share that so I can get my question answered.

Hello everyone! I recently joined bigger pockets, because I am interested in RE investing and would like to begin wholesaling until I can venture into renting out properties. I came across this webinar at www.***************.com and it promises to explain the new state of real estate investing, because the older methods (wholesaling, buy an hold, etc.) are dead. Do any of you experienced investors believe this? Is it something to worry about or should I just remain optimistic and continue on my journey to becoming a wholesaler? BTW I love this site. I have been secretly browsing it since I joined. I'm ready to come out of the shadows now.
