FHA for Duplex/Tri/Quad in Miami with 3.5% down

Hi everyone, I'm going to start shopping around for a lender that can do FHA for a 2, 3 or 4 unit property, and do 3.5% down.

But before I start, I just wanted to know if anyone in Miami already knows/works with one in particular.
