HI Guys

Just wondering if anyone on BP worked with the Hard Lending Company

http://www.dohardmoney.com/

Recently spoke to one of their reps and got approved for funding on my next project, but they required $2500 deposit up front, with $600 of that money to cover the inspection of the property, months from now when the property is sold the rest would be refunded, after they receive their initial investments, points & interest.

They also claim to fund 100% of the property, meaning price/rehab/closing & ect... all I cover is the earnest money.

I am very excited but than again skeptical it sounds to good to be true. IF anyone is familiar with this company and wouldn’t mind sharing their reviews and thoughts with me, it would greatly appreciated before I move forward with them.

Thanks

I have only heard bad things. Hard money lenders that require money up front seems sketchy. Please proceed with caution and always ask for Real World references.
