Suggestion for banks near Toledo OH

I own some rental properties outright in Toledo OH. I'm looking to get a mortgage on some of them. I would like to get 80% of the equity out of it. Most banks only offer 75%. Does anyone have any recommendation for banks in or near Toledo OH,  that would be good to work with that might fit that criteria.  Thanks.
