Hi Stephanie, I also live in the Muskegon area and I jut started looking for flips and buy/holds in the area. I did some flips in Toledo OH and did pretty well. Hope you do well. I'd like to stay in touch with investors in the Muskegon area, it would be nice if we could start a sub forum... Jim

I recently moved to Muskegon, and I'm very close to purchasing some properties. I have yet to talk to someone who is actively investing in rentals here... But I'd like more info as well. I know certain areas that I would like to target.
