B2R not servicing Rhode Island

Recently, I looked into B2R financing, did all the research, and it seemed like a great way to bundle a bunch of my houses in one shot.  Long story short, they do not service properties in Rhode Island.  Does anyone know of a similar form of financing that I can look into that may be more accommodating to my particular state?
