Any Connecticut BP members here use Portfolio Lenders? I am looking to scale and want to find a nice local bank, credit union or PE that is REI friendly. Please share!

Look for regional banks like Peoples, Webster which I know are portfolio lenders.  Best to just call and ask if they keep their loans in house or sell off.
