Hello to all.

I'm looking for a jv partner on a deal in CT. I'm just starting out seller is asking to put up 1000 to put it under contract and I don't have the funds to do so. Please MSG me back. Thanks

If you don't have $1k to tie-up the deal, I would imagine you should assign the contract to someone and make your profit up front instead of staying in the deal.  This way you'll be able to attract an investor to the deal and make it THEIR deal instead of a partnership.
