apologize @john k. and thank you for your word of advice. The propertyis in Brooklyn, NY. its in the area shepshead bay. i am just starting out real estate investing. i am currently looking for jv funding on this deal. the price rang is $200,000. it needs work. my exit strategy  is to resell. 

Also i have lots REO property speaking with bank but have no guidance on how to wholesale them. they rang from different states and priced as will. i also have inventory in the commercial market but again held by fear to move forward. the only thing i could bring to table is REO properties, but my main goal here is to do my first rehab so that i could invest in a mentor and the don't come cheap.
