"House hacking"

I am currently in the process of looking for a 3-4 unit property to "house hack" (live in while I rent the other units) in the Atlanta Georgia area. I am looking to put the least amount of money down to keep money free to continue investing outside of this property. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should be looking; FHA, credit unions, etc.

I would suggest try your local lender.

- your personal daily bank

- look for local credit union promotion regarding opening a new bank account

- attend your local REIA club

- search for Brandon Turner #aspBP house hacking

- look into 203k renovation loans

- podcasts are locate under the " learn " tab

Good luck moving forward with your house hacking investing.
