Hey BP if anyone has some good direction or recommendations for community banks around LA specifically close to Glendale that I can begin building relationships with I would really appreciate it. Also any good Hard Money lenders. I'm just beginning this process of REI and want to start building some good contacts!!! Thanks and I appreciate the feedback.
