LINE OF CREDIT...INFO WANTED

I have heard a lot of talk about unsecured lines of credit with no or very little documentation. Is all of this true or just busy bee talk? I am starting to look into the idea of obtaining a line of credit so that I can buy with cash and save the hard money fees and then refi.

Does anyone have a company they can point me to or have any information they can share with me on this subject. I want facts.
