I came across this article for low income, and would like to get myself educated, are there some short blogs that explain these kind of programs or what this actually means? I have a couple of friends / family that are low income and could benefit this, they are actually renting at 1600-1800/month rate, and I would like to help them out if they qualify for this. They will struggle with 20% DP as if they buy something like this, 400k, then it would be around 80k, but if it were only (the only figure I saw) about 16k, then I am pretty sure they could raise that.
