Anyone doing FHA Streamline Refinance?

With record low interest rates and the new FHA mandate by Obama to lower mortgage insurance premiums, does anyone plan do a streamline refinance? I'm looking in to it and waiting to hear how it will affect monthly mortgage payment on an owner occupied duplex.

Has anyone had bad experiences with these?

@Cole A.

@Udaya P.

These are great because you don't have to pay for an appraisal and they can get done in 10-15 days.

As a matter of fact you don't even need an appraisal and you don't have show your income either because they use what you provided the first time around.

In your case Udaya you will sava a lot of money.
