Being a manufacturer of detergents for the foodservice industry I can tell you that running a bar and restaurant is HARD. High failure rates within 6 months. However, if you think you can do it give it a try. You never know what you can do until then. I wanted to be a REI and so i just did it. Turns out doing it Part time I am pretty good at it.

Thanks Micheal . No upgrades. Its really plumbing and electrical repairs, damaged flooring , maintenance stuff.
