HELOC Loan
I just finished a house I paid $44,000 cash for. It is appraised at $123,000. I want to use this house as rental cash flow. I applied for a HELOC loan to finish the attic on this house and then buy another house. I was denied by Chase because I didn't have two uears of employment history. How do I get past this obstacle if my work consist of working on my house? I have always flipped the houses before and never thought I would consider renting till this house. Can I get money another avenue? I have no mortgage, no car payment and good credit. Thanks for any advice.
