In need of private lenders

My company has done a couple of properties using private lending from friends, but now this money is in play and we have 2 more immediate opportunities that we need funding for. How do I find private lenders that aren't friends and family?

Thank you for all feedback and any leads.

If you're soliciting lenders here, that's fine...just let us know so we can move this post to the Marketplace (the only place solicitation is allowed). Until then, I will assume you're just looking for general advice...

My recommendation is to focus on the professional associations you have and the associations you have with those who have higher incomes (your doctor, lawyer, accountant, etc). These are the folks who are likely to have money in retirements funds or who have savings that they are looking to put to work.
