Pitch Example for Private Investor

I was wondering if anyone had a pitch example or template I can use, for a private investor to assist in either financing the whole project or the downpayment. Thinking a two-year note, convertible into the increased equity or pay back

Remember that you are presenting a solid business case, include all the numbers, projections, risks and rewards.  Of course since you want something from someone else, show them their benefits.
