What banks give $50,000 to LLC’s to income verification

I am looking for $50,000 to cover my first down payment on a rental property but I don't have income and my LLC was established in November 2023. The funds will be used for my down payment and the rest will be used as emergency funds. What bank in CT will lend me this no income verification

Also my credit score is 750 and I only have 1 year of credit history.

Banks only lend to a LLC if they are an operating business generating income. They do not do asset based lending for LLC's. Of course they will do a mortgage but you will need the 25% down payment.

If you do not have the funds for the down payment then you should consider bringing on a partner who has the funds.

I don’t know anyone with $50K.
