Looking for Primary Loan while working in Different State
I work in the Bay Area of California and have a well paying w2 job that I only have to be at 3 days a week. I want to keep my job but move closer to family in St. Louis, MO. I’ve talked to a few lenders and no one is willing to lend to me as a primary residence loan, only as an investor loan. I hate the idea of paying investor prices for my primary residence. Does anyone know any lenders that would consider underwriting a situation like mine or what other options might be available? I appreciate any help/guidance.
