HML to rate & term refi

I am wondering if there is a certain amount a bank accepts to do a rate/term refi? I know some banks, at least here in Illinois, have a minimum of $50K loan for a purchase. I'm looking into HML and/or private loans and then into rate and term refi's. I have looked on the forums for this question, maybe I missed it somewhere, if someone can direct me or knows if there is usually a minimum amount. I will be speaking with a few local banks and asking their requirements. Thanks in advance.
