Cash out refi

Hello all, so i bought a property in Cleveland OH using hard money terms are 6 months, initially reached out to my lender before the deal  about a possible cash out refi which she wrongfully told me i could right way only for her to come back and tell me i'd have to wait a year, so i wanted to know if there are any  lender in Cleveland that have a 6 months waiting period in order to cash out refi.
