Cash out refi
Hello all, so i bought a property in Cleveland OH using hard money terms are 6 months, initially reached out to my lender before the deal about a possible cash out refi which she wrongfully told me i could right way only for her to come back and tell me i'd have to wait a year, so i wanted to know if there are any lender in Cleveland that have a 6 months waiting period in order to cash out refi. Thanks for your help.

Conventional Loans (Agency - Fannie/Freddie) updated their requirements starting in April to require a seasoning of 12 months for cash-out refinance, however this doesn't affect private lenders (i.e. DSCR Lenders) or banks with their own guidelines so you should probably explore that direction
