Hello guys, so long story short, recently found out on Airbnb that my tenants listed my property on Airbnb which is a violation of the lease and could get evicted but I am thinking like a business man. My question is how do I go about getting some of the profits if they are booked or not. 

You're obviously sharing in the risk, why not the profit? Your insurance isn't going to cover the property since it's being used for STR not MTR and you know it. Can you imagine one underage drunk driver leaving your property? You can kiss that property goodbye. Heck, even just a fire while being used as STR probably isn't covered, and that's praying you just lose the house and nobody's hurt or killed. Hopefully you have an umbrella policy to protect the rest of your stuff.
