I have a project with some colleagues for a 15 unit community on 1.23 acres in central San Antonio, Texas. We are looking for other paths to financing that don’t include a bank. Is anyone on BP interested? Or have any ideas that could help? We are looking for about 2.5 to 3 million for the project.
