Looking for a Bridge Loan. Has anyone worked with good contacts to secure funding?

     New build townhome $403K

Any particular reason for a bridge as opposed to a construction loan for a new build?

I put earnest money down already for a new build townhome I am buying from Lennar. It will be completed next month. I will not have the funds from the sell of my spec homes yet to purchase the property. I need a short loan until I can refinance to a 30 year loan 4-6 months after February.
