Does anyone have suggestions for lenders to work with?  I'm looking to buy multifamily properties, rehab, and then refinance the properties to keep for rental portfolio properties.

How many units multifamily are you talking?  Vastly different lending market for stuff thats like 2-4 units (duplexes, triplexes) and true 5+ multifamily
