Looking to start some fix and flips in the Kenosha/Racine, WI area.  Looking for someone I can meet face to face if possible but willing to entertain offers from reputable biggerpockets lenders farther away as well.

Hoping to move on the first one within 2 months.  Lower costs to start (75kish purchase price, medium rehabs, 6 months)

@Jody Sheehan I recommend Mach1Capital (you can find them on FB).  A decent secondary option is Milwaukee Hard Money.
