New lending requirements

Is it true that every lender now required to have tax transcripts for the last year for closing?

The IRS does not have my transcripts yet so the lender is not giving me a loan and I am losing my 1031 exchange deal

The lender is saying no mater which lender I will go through they would of asked me for tax transcripts

In the past I would just supply my taxes and very seldom, may be once in a blue moon the lender would ask for tax transcripts

P.S. I did send my taxes to the lender for the last 3 years and for transcripts for 2020, 2019, but 2021 is not on the IRS website
