How do I easily switch from LLC to personal name?

All hard money lenders seem to require a LLC. All 30-year-mortgage banks seem to require a loan through your personal name.

Is the switch difficult to make? What should I watch out for? Are there any hidden fees that I should know of?

When doing a BRRRR, how do you easily make the switch from LLC to personal name?

Should I just stick to lenders who do a hard money loan with a combo 30-year-mortgage for BRRRRs?
