Refinance my LLC properties? HELP!

I have several properties held in an LLC I'd like to cash-out refinance. I can't go conventional or I'll exceed my allotted 10 properties/name.

Is there a cash-out refi product built for SFH being held in an LLC? Having a hard time finding a lender! Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks guys!

Hi @Evan Bambrick - There certainly are alternative products out there that allow you to keep the property in an LLC. The Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) product is one of the more prevalent options for investors. DSCR doesn't require you to show any personal income documentation and offers a max LTV of 75%. Happy to provide additional guidance!
