Can you cash out refinance a HML into a DSCR loan?

If I paid 25% down to get a hard money loan and lose my job for whatever reason before 6 month seasoning period, could I do a cash out refinance with a DSCR loan, get another job and keep BRRRRing? Or what other options would I have?

And if this doesn't work, how many pay stubs would I need before qualifying for a mortgage or DSCR loan to do a cash out refinance?
