Queston : To out of state Property Investors

1. I have over 20 years as a Gc / Investor ,so I wouldn't have any issue with building a team to handle my rehabs 

2. I would use property management company to handle my rental property .

My question is my current lender doesn't fund in the market im going to invest in , Is it hard to find a lender who will fund my property if I'm in another state

@Kent Williams the answer is no, it is not hard to find a lender.  But it might be hard to find a GOOD lender.  Read this post I wrote on how to find good, investor friendly lenders HERE.

If you don't mind, you are in one of the best states for investment properties right now....why are you trying to invest out of state?
