Safest way to invest in real estate

Hi all,

I'm interested in real estate investing and am wondering which method you believe in your experience is the safest method, in terms of not losing money. I know about reits and have looked into that before. How about house hacking? Is that a method safe for beginners?

Thanks,

Victor

@Victor Chen house hacking is a strategy many new investors start with. It provides not only a place to live, but also first-hand experience with property maintenance, dealing with tenants, etc. House hacking is also relatively consistent with growth. When you house hacking, youre able to save on living expenses and save towards a down payment on your next investment. The more house hacks you own, the more cashflow you have. At a certain point, this strategy will no longer make sense and you’ll be able to scale up due to the solid foundation youve set for yourself. Hope this helps
