How much time would you say does it take to gain real estate investing experience to be able to make money from real estate properties? Which methods take the longest to master? Shortest? Any thoughts?

Hi all,

I'm interested in real estate investing and am wondering which method you believe in your experience is the safest method, in terms of not losing money. I know about reits and have looked into that before. How about house hacking? Is that a method safe for beginners?

Thanks,

Victor
