BiggerPockets community!

What would it take for you to invest in New York City and surrounding burrows? How would you go about finding a group of investors willing to split the work/ funds in order to buy a building or parking lot in the city? Is this a far-fetched idea? Is it doable? How many people out there can share their experience investing with likeminded individuals in a big city like ny? How did it go, what lessons did you learn?

I’m a real estate agent in nyc looking to focus my business in investment properties. I’m looking for insights on big investment projects. Whatever information you have I’d love to hear. If you’re interested in receiving information on the current nyc market feel free to share your email.
