Thanks Kevin! Sam, we just launched a fund and have 10 properties under contract between Indiana and North Carolina. We have a tremendous acquisition and underwriting team and are confident that our deals are some of the best out there.

Hi @Sam Silverman.  I recommend several of the syndicators who raised their hands here. For a great portal to review what others are saying about syndicators, you can go to The Real Estate Crowdfunding Review. I can't go (inside) there since we manage a fund, but investors report it has great info and intel on syndicators in all realms of CRE including self-storage.
