Splitting profits with partners
I’m new to the game and had some questions about scaling with partners. If I were to do long term partnerships, say 5+ years, how do we split profits if its just one investor and I on each deal? Would it be just an easy 50/50, on everything? Like cash flow, equity, tax benefits, etc. or how would that work? Thanks!
