House Hacking in Memphis, TN

Hi everyone, I’m still a student in college but I’ve been focusing on learning more about real estate investing. I plan to start my journey through house hacking while getting on my feet financially after school. I’m curious if anyone knows of any decent neighborhoods to buy a duplex in Memphis, TN. I’ve seen some in midtown, but I just want some other opinions.

Thanks!

Midtown, Cooper-Young, Highpoint Terrace, Some areas of Vollintine Evergreen.  These are the immediate places that come to mind.
