Brand New! Where do I start?
Hey Everyone! I’m brand new to real estate investing, but in the next 5 years I want to be able to quit my job and do it full time. Where do I start?
I've looked into a few different things: STR's, Mobile Homes, Multi-Family Units, and so on.
A little background: I currently work part time as a teller at a bank, so I’m not making a whole lot of money. I will hopefully be up for a promotion and be making around $40,000 a year in the next 6 months (I know that’s still not a lot of income) so how do I get started? I obviously don’t have alot of income to qualify for loans, and I don’t have much of anything to put down as a down payment.
What do you recommend I do?
