Hey Everyone,

I will be new to Atlanta area in October.  Can anyone recommend great resources out there to help me get a better understanding of the market?  Commercial or residential? As an investor. Thank you

Evan

Hey @Evan Parke

Best bet is to network with active investors and real estate professionals here in ATL. There's only so much you can learn without having actual boots on the ground. That being said, a great way to better understand the market is to analyze deals currently on the market. This will give you an idea of what's selling where and for how much.

Hope that helps a bit! Please, feel free to reach out anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat!
