Where are the Dave Ramsey haters now?

It seemed there used to be at least an every other week new thread about David Ramsey. Everybody and their grandmother joined in. To tell you the truth it was probably too many threads about him. With the Covid 19 crisis there are probably some folks that were very thrifty and saved prior to that and are glad now.

  I have some good friends that are not real estate investors per se that told me how the book helped them years ago. I never read the book, because I never had a regular income to budget plus I pinched a penny so hard that it made Abraham Lincoln squeal.

    Dave is great when it comes to personal finances. Not so much when it comes to REI. They're two completely different financial situations with two completely different sets of steps, ways of living with them, and basic principles they are based on.

    Personal finances are best managed when you live within your means. REI is best executed when your goal is to expand your means.
